- We take care of every detail so that our environmental impact is as low as possible, that's why all our packaging is designed and thought out so that your shopping experience creates as little waste as possible. We use cloth envelopes to protect our notebooks and compostable envelopes for delivery to your home.
- Deliveries to Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) and Portugal (except islands) are included in the price and delivery time is between 48 and 72 working hours. Deliveries to other countries take approximately 5 working days. When we deliver, you will receive a link so that you can know where your notebook is at all times. The most important thing is your satisfaction. All returns must be notified within 30 calendar days after the purchase of any of our products by sending an email to hola@thekidspaperclub.com.
- If the product arrives damaged, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of receipt, demonstrating the condition of the product and we will cover any shipping costs.
- In the event of a change of opinion on the part of the customer, it is essential that the products to be returned are in perfect condition and without obvious signs of use, otherwise no return can be made. In this case the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WHEN IS A GOOD AGE TO START THE JOURNAL?
From age 6, when they begin to learn to read and write, they can read the questions themselves and answer them. We recommend doing this as a family because it's a wonderful moment.
You can also start earlier and write the answers ourselves, because before the age of six we can begin having the conversations that arise from the diary. At home, we started at age 4, and I wrote down what my son told me.
HOW LONG DOES THE DIARY LAST?
The Kids Best Self Journal lasts four months if you do it every day. We recommend not forcing it and doing it in calm moments when they really feel like it. Some children can't go a day without doing it, while others do it a couple of times a week. It's all good, and we think it's important to respect that.
HOW TO USE IT?
The diary is composed of two main parts:
The first one is about self-knowledge, and they can fill it out whenever they want. It's a section to be completed gradually.
The second one is the journal, where they reflect on their day. They can use it daily or whenever they need or feel like it.
IN WHICH LANGUAGES IS IT AVAILABLE?
The Kids Best Self Journal is available in Spanish, Catalan, and English. Our goal is to expand our language offerings, as the best way to use it is in the native paternal language.
WHAT DO I DO IF THEY DON'T WANT TO DO IT?
It's very important to respect their time, but there's one thing that never fails. If we notice they don't want to do it or don't know what to write, a trick is to start us and writing with different colors. Seeing our answers and writing them together is incredibly motivating. Compramos el cuaderno de autoconocimiento y el travel journal, para mi hija de 7 años y no puedo recomendarlo mas!! Queria escribirlo todo, dibujar lo que habiamos comido, explicar aventuras. Es una herramienta super buena para que escriban y piensen en cosas, que igual a lo mejor en el dia a dia no se paran a pensar.
A parte de eso, decir que la calidad es buenisima y es de esas cosas taaaan mona que las quieres guardar para que tengan un recuerdo en el futuro.
Estamos tan rodeados de pantallas en estos tiempos, que tener papeleria infantil tan cuidada y mona, para que ellos escriban a mano, es la verdad muy guay!
Cuando descubrí el diario de The Kids Paper Club se lo compré a mi hijo porqué me parece fundamental poner consciencia en como nos sentimos y plasmarlo, aunque sea redondeando una cara triste. Eso nos da mucha información y quizás hoy no sea el día para comentarle según qué cosas, esperemos a que redondee una cara contenta :)

El guarda al prestatge dels llibres de lectura per anar a dormir. I abans de dormir, llegeix una mica i completa el dia al diari i aprofitem per comentar el que ha escrit.

Vaig decidir comprar aquests quaderns de viatge per les meves filles i per una amiga ja que a final de mes viatgem a Laponia. Com que es un viatge molt especial volía que elles tinguessin un super record! L'hem encertat! Ara nomes falta esperar el dia!!!!
